What is time management?

Time management is easy in theory but practically things can go sideways if tasks are not properly prioritised and a plan is not strictly followed. I have read a few books and articles on effectively managing time but the article below resonates with me the most. It offers practical tips and advice as well as highlighting activities that can drain my time but often go unnoticed.
